How can I make the payment?

For payment we accept credit cards (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard), Paypal, Postpay and bank transfer. It is also possible to pay on delivery. Payment will be made in CASH TO THE COURIER, upon DELIVERY of the goods with an additional cost of 5 euros. It is very important to prepare the exact amount of the order in time in cash, as the courier does not give change.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is free for orders over €90.00. For a lower cost, a single fee of €8.00 will be added. The shipping costs mentioned above are valid for the payment methods by credit card, Paypal and bank transfer . For those who choose the cash on delivery method of payment, the additional cost is € 5.00.

What are the shipping times?

Delivery is made within 24 hours, 48/72 hours for the islands, from the departure of the parcel. Holidays excluded.

How can I track my package?

When sending the goods, it will be possible to trace your package with the code that will be sent automatically by the courier to the e-mail address specified in the order.

Are my data safe once I pay?

By purchasing on our site , your data is safe : all the information you provide is used in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, exclusively to complete the order, payment and shipping. The e-mail address provided during the purchase procedure is in no case used to send messages, e-mails or commercial information, unless with explicit consent.

I received a damaged or incorrect item, how should I proceed?

Please send us an email to gaucho100@libero.it or a message on our instagram profile elgauchostore attaching a photo report of the damage found. Our customer service will then explain how to proceed to solve the problem as soon as possible.

If I order the wrong size how should I proceed?

Please send us an email at gaucho100@libero.it or a message on our instagram profile elgauchostore. We will send a courier: the return and shipping costs of the new item are charged to the customer.

Are the prices in the store different from the prices I find online?

By coming to the store, prices may vary due to the service made available.
