How can I make the payment?

For payment we accept credit cards (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard), Paypal, Postpay and bank transfer. It is also possible to pay on delivery. Payment will be made in CASH TO THE COURIER, upon DELIVERY of the goods with an additional cost of 5 euros. It is very important to prepare the exact amount of the order in cash in advance, as the courier does not provide change.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is free for orders over €90.00. For a lower spend a single fee of €8.00 will be added. The shipping costs mentioned above are valid for payment methods by credit card, Paypal and bank transfer . For those who choose Cash on Delivery as the payment method, the additional cost is €5.00.

What are the shipping times?

Delivery is made within 24/48 hours, 48/72 hours for the islands from the departure of the package. Excluding public holidays.

How can I track my package?

When the goods are sent, it will be possible to track your package with the code that will be sent automatically by the courier to the e-mail address specified in the order.

Once I make the payment, are my data safe?

By purchasing on our site your data is safe : all the information you provide is used pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, exclusively to complete the order, payment and shipping. The email address provided during the purchase procedure is in no case used to send messages, emails or commercial information, unless expressly consented to.

I received a damaged or incorrect item, what should I do?

Please send us an email to gaucho100@libero.it or a message on our instagram profile elgauchostore attaching a photographic report of the damage found. Our customer service will then explain how to proceed to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

If I order the wrong size, what should I do?

Please send us an email to gaucho100@libero.it or a message on our instagram profile elgauchostore. We will send a courier: the return and shipping costs of the new item are the responsibility of the customer.

Are the prices in the store different from the prices I find online?

If you come to the shop, prices may vary due to the service made available.
