INFORMATION ON RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Return Policy for Change of Mind
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item. If more than 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.
To initiate a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and with the original packaging intact. You must attach your receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns for items that are not in their original condition, damaged or returned after 14 days of delivery.
Only full-priced items may be returned. Promotional items are non-refundable.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Additionally, a 15% charge on the order value will be made for the work involved in making the material.
Refunds and Replacements
Once we receive the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you of the outcome of the process. If the outcome is positive, we will inform you of the refund methods, which will be through a voucher to spend on our site, an item exchange or size exchange.
To initiate a return, contact us via email at gaucho100@libero.it or send us a message on our Instagram profile @elgauchostore. We will arrange to send a courier, but the return and shipping costs for a new item are the customer's responsibility.
